GREEN (certification)

Green is the only green real estate designation for realtor approved by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).[1]. The program was developed in 2008 by the real estate Buyer's Agent Council of NAR, with administration transferred to the Green Resource Council.[2]
The course curriculum includes sustainable building practices, marketing, and rating systems (e.g., LEED and Energy Star). As a result, there is some course content overlap with the EcoBroker and NAGAB's Accredited Green Agent and Broker designations.
