The Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation is a professional designation for people who work in property management. The designation is offered by the Building Owners & Managers Institute International, an organization which is affiliated with the Building Owners and Managers Association.

The designation requires the completion of several courses (available online, by textbook study or in a classroom format) as well as three years of work in property management at a property or larger.

The program includes general courses such as budgeting and accounting, and more specific ones, such as "The Design, Operation, and maintenance of building Systems", as well as a business ethics course.
