The Realty Investment Club of Houston was established in 1979 and is more commonly known as RICHclub. The club has now been active in Houston for over 20 years.

The club is a non-profit trade association providing services, mentoring and networking to real estate investors in Houston.

The Realty Investment Club of Houston has over 2,000 current members and has served close to 10,000 members throughout the years, making it one of the largest investment clubs of it's kind in the United States.
