The Wealth Club is a member's only real estate investor group led by Gordon Appleby in Houston, Texas. As a shoot off from the popular The Newbie Club, it has many serious investors who are looking for more information to advance their real estate investing knowledge and business.

Some of the programs that have been offered in the group include: 

   * Help! I’ve never done a Deal - a six week series of workshops to help the investor understand what it takes to find and close a deal.
   * Using Subject-To and Pre-foreclosure.
   * Understanding and Pulling Residential and Commercial comparables.
   * Rehab Flow - Getting more bang for your rehab dollar.

Members will receive discounts on boot camps, seminars and other materials, as well as first dibs at new deals offered in the group.
